Check it yourself. Are you feeling stressed, anxious, or calm? Understanding your current state is very important to understanding what you need at this moment.

Think about your worries and recurring thoughts. Are they productive or draining? Understanding this will help you focus on what truly matters to you and let go of unnecessary mental burdens.
3. Am I prioritizing, what I need?
Check if you are putting yourself first or not? It does not mean that you should completely ignore other people but you are attending yourself first and then others.
4. What activities bring me happiness and fulfillment?
From the bunch of activities that you perform in day-to-day life, identify those activities that bring you happiness and fulfillment. Notice whether you are making time for these activities or not.
5. How do I handle challenges and stress?
Reflect on your coping mechanisms. Are they healthy? like talking to loved ones or harmful, like avoidance? Understanding this will help you to know your mental health.
6. Am I surrounding myself with supporting people?
People around you play a big part in your mental well-being. Check yourself if the people surrounding you motivate you to do good things in life or are they are draining your energy? Choosing the right people in your surroundings will improve your mental health significantly.
7. What am I grateful for?
Instead of focusing on what is missed or handled in the wrong way, you should focus on which good things you have achieved till today, and which achievements you have accomplished? This will help you to keep your attitude positive towards the situation.
8. Am I getting enough rest and relaxation?
Running 24/7 through work, completing tasks by staying awake overnight, and stressing too much over studies reduces your productivity and in the end, your extra efforts fail to deliver the expected result. Instead managing time properly and taking at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily will bring major change in your work as well as overall well-being.
9. What are the sources of my stress?
Identify stress sources in your life and start eliminating them one by one. Doing this will help you to have good mental health over a long time.
10. Am I being kind to myself?
You are the closest friend of yourself, right? You talk with yourself, all the time. But are you focusing on making yourself happy? If not this is the right time, make yourself happy first then others, complete your wishes first then others.
